Colleen M. Pratt

Colleen M. Pratt was born and raised in Southern California and is an alumnus of Western State University College of Law where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. While at Western she was proud to be a member of the Women’s Law Association, received nine American Jurisprudence awards, and was an editor of Law Review.

Over the past 20 years, her focus of practice has been civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and workers’ compensation. Ms. Pratt is known for her sensitivity, optimism, dedication to her clients, high rate of client satisfaction, and excellent case results. She has an unshakable passion for demanding the best results for her clients.

Ms. Pratt has handled thousands of cases and her accomplishments in California run from the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and California Superior Court to the California Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of California. She has also successfully litigated cases outside of California before the United States District Court, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, Wyoming Supreme Court, and North Dakota Supreme Court. When not practicing law, Ms. Pratt enjoys snowboarding, motorcycle riding, reading, playing Pickleball, and playing with her dogs.
